By participating, the Participant ("Participant(s)," "You," "Your," or "Entrant(s)") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Umarex USA ("Sponsor") as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion in its entirety.
The sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored and facilitated by Umarex USA, Inc., 7700 Chad Colley Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72916 ("Sponsor").
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or 19 in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Each participant is only eligible to win a monthly prize once. Each participant is only eligible to win a grand prize once. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Participants who win a prize must possess and provide a copy of a valid form of picture identification with a birth date that is acceptable to Sponsor if asked for it for verification before the prize is awarded.
In accordance with Rhode Island law, if any prize offered in this Promotion is valued over $500 and entries are accepted at retail locations within Rhode Island, this Promotion will be registered with the Rhode Island Secretary of State.
This Promotion is intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local sweepstakes laws and regulations. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any applicable law, the law will prevail.
The Promotion begins at 11:00 a.m. CDT on September 8, 2025 and ends at 11:00 a.m. CDT on October 30, 2026] ("Promotion Period").
To enter, Participants must submit a photo or video featuring an Umarex Komplete Air Rifle or NitroAir cartridge by posting a photo or video on a social media platform utilized by the campaign, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, or the designated online form during the Promotion Period.
If you post a photo or video and use #UmarexKomplete in the text of the post, you get one (1) entry per platform that is recognized by the campaign. Example: If you post and hashtag on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X, you would then get five (5) total entries.
If you post a photo or video and use #UmarexKomplete and also tag the UmarexUSA or Umarex Airguns brand, you get one (1) entry per platform that is recognized by the campaign. Example: If you post, hashtag, and tag @UmarexUSA on Facebook, @UmarexAirguns on Instagram, @UmarexAir on YouTube, @UmarexAirguns on TikTok, and @UmarexAir on X, you would then get five (5) more entries because you tagged the brand.
If you complete the designated form on the website, you get one (1) entry. You can receive the maximum number of entries by using this form.
The maximum number of entries is eleven (11) per person.
All entries must feature and include the Umarex Komplete air rifle and/or NitroAir cartridge. Content posted that does not include such content will be disqualified. All entries must comply with all Content Requirements detailed in Section 9. All incomplete or non-conforming entries—as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion—will be disqualified.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Entrants may also enter by submitting a handwritten postcard including their name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Umarex USA, Inc., Attn: Komplete Sweepstakes Entry, 7700 Chad Colley Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72916. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends.
Monthly Winner(s) will be selected by Sponsor or its designated representative within seven (7) days of the last day of each month during the Promotion term, from all eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing.
Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Sponsor or its designated representative within thirty (30) days of the Promotion End Date, from all eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be selected based on a random drawing.
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. If your entry is 1 among 14,000 total entries, your odds of winning are 1 in 14,000.
One (1) Grand Prize: A Day and a Half Airgun Hunting/Fishing Trip with JP Outfitters based in West Palm Beach, Florida, valued at $3,000. Tips, food, and drinks not included.
Fourteen (14) Monthly Prizes: Prize packages will vary by month. Maximum total prize pool approximate retail value: $1,950.00. Examples include blowguns, broadheads, cases, airguns, apparel, shooting accessories, gift cards, etc.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,950.00.
As required by law, if the total approximate retail value (ARV) of prizes exceeds $5,000, this Promotion will be registered and bonded in the states of Florida and New York prior to the start of the Promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 tax form will be issued for any prize with ARV of $600 or more.
Sponsor assumes no liability for repairs or incidents arising from any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen, or undeliverable prizes.
Potential winners will be notified via email, direct message, text message, or phone within three (3) days following selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, entries will be conclusively and within Sponsor’s sole discretion determined to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and/or social media account submitted at the time of entry.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to the following:
a. Grant of Rights: You grant Sponsor a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your Content for any lawful purpose, in perpetuity.
b. No Compensation: No credit or compensation is due for use of submitted Content.
c. Content Requirements:
You must own the Content or have the necessary rights.
Content must not infringe any third-party rights.
Content must not be offensive or unlawful.
Sponsor may disqualify Content it deems inappropriate.
d. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Prize Providers from any claims relating to your Content.
e. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

To be contacted by Sponsor regarding the Promotion.
To receive promotional communications from Sponsor and its brands (Umarex Airguns, Elite Force Airsoft, Prepared 2 Protect, Axeon Optics, etc.) unless you opt out.
To receive promotional communications from Prize Providers, e.g., Beretta USA, CoyoteCalls.com, SlockMaster.com, XecutionerBroadheads.com, etc., unless you opt out.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform. You are providing your information to Sponsor and Prize Providers, not to any social platform.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and Prize Providers from liability for any injury, loss, claim, or damage, including those caused by:
Participation in the Promotion.
Receipt or use of any prize.
Technical malfunctions or unauthorized intervention.
Errors in Promotion administration.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
Except where prohibited, disputes must be resolved individually in courts located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. These rules shall be governed by Arkansas law. You waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any right to multiply damages.
